About the position

Stanwell is looking for a curious, innovative and motivated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Graduate to join our growing AI team and help deliver solutions that create real business value.

Working alongside experienced AI, technology and business professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience designing, developing and improving AI products and solutions that support Stanwell’s strategic objectives. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts, work on meaningful projects and build valuable skills in one of the fastest-growing fields in technology.

Key activities include:

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities.
  • Support the design, development and continuous improvement of AI products and solutions.
  • Translate ideas into clear product requirements, user stories and success measures.
  • Capture and share learnings and best practices for AI development.
  • Building internal and external relationships to influence and achieve successful delivery outcomes.

Is this position for you?

To make a meaningful contribution to our team, you will need to meet the following:

  • A Bachelor of IT, Business, Marketing or similar. You must have graduated from this degree within the last two years. 
  • Microsoft AI related certifications (desirable).
  • Creative problem solver, interested in ever-changing technologies.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team while meeting milestones and timelines.
  • A passion for learning with a positive attitude and ability to take initiative to achieve outcomes.
