About the role

This is a full time opportunity based at Tarong Power Station. The role provides project management services across a portfolio of capital and minor works projects, ensuring delivery within cost, schedule and quality requirements. You will work across multi-discipline engineering projects, engaging internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute works across Stanwell’s operational assets.

Key activities include:

• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to scope
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across varying size and complexity
• Develop project plans, schedules and monitor progress
• Manage stakeholders, contractors and consultants
• Prepare scopes, business cases and project documentation
• Track budgets, forecasts and manage project variations
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress and risks

About you

• Good experience in delivering brownfield projects end-to-end
• Background in engineering, construction or heavy industry, energy industry highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Adaptable in a changing project environment
• Strong computer skills (P6, Altus, Ellipse, MS Office desirable)
• Project Management Diploma or working towards
• Engineering qualification preferred (mechanical highly regarded)
