About the role

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term parental leave cover opportunity based in Brisbane CBD with flexible work arrangements, including up to two days working from home.

Reporting to the Manager People & Culture Corporate, you will provide professional and timely support to the Corporate People & Culture Business Partnering team while working closely with the broader People & Culture function. This is a varied role that combines HR coordination, administration, reporting and stakeholder support, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

Key activities include:

  • Coordinating P&C processes including onboarding, induction, probation, transfers, higher duties and flexible work arrangements.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR documentation and employment-related information.
  • Managing and triaging employee and business queries while supporting a shared P&C mailbox.
  • Preparing and distributing reports while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of P&C data.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the P&C Business Partnering team and contributing to P&C projects and initiatives.

 

About you

You’ll be a highly organised HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and balancing competing priorities. You’ll build strong relationships, communicate confidently and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture role.
  • Strong administration skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining employee records and working with HRIS and ERP systems (Chris21/iChris and PageUp highly regarded).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively and remain resilient during busy periods
