About the role

This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane.

The Head of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for enabling technology outcomes across corporate functions, Operations and Growth & Future Energy. The role leads enterprise-wide solutions, oversees the ICT project portfolio and partners with senior leaders to align technology with business strategy.

Key activities include:

• Lead enterprise technology enablement including ERP, CRM and safety systems
• Own the ICT project portfolio, investment roadmap and delivery framework
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and governance forums
• Lead, develop and mentor multi-disciplinary ICT delivery teams
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts and technology asset lifecycles

About you

• Proven experience leading large complex ICT portfolios in a transforming environment
• Strong commercial, strategic and stakeholder engagement capability
• Experience leading and developing high-performing diverse teams
• Understanding of enterprise applications and delivery methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines
