About the role

This is a full‑time opportunity based in Brisbane.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the development and continuous deployment of high‑quality software solutions across the Energy Trading systems landscape. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated build, test and release frameworks, while working closely with delivery, operations and platform teams to support production systems and continuous improvement.

Key activities include:

  • Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release frameworks
  • Support platform reliability, availability and deployment efficiency
  • Automating build, test, packaging and deployment processes using DevOps tools
  • Collaborate with ICT Operations, Digital Solutions and delivery teams
  • Maintain technical documentation and supporting internally developed systems

 

 

About you

  • Experience in DevOps or software engineering within a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and source control tools
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, containerised and serverless technologies
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Relevant qualifications in IT, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
