About the role
This is a full‑time opportunity located in Brisbane.
The Delivery Management Office Lead supports the successful execution of Stanwell’s ICT portfolio by providing portfolio analysis, delivery assurance and integrated reporting. The role combines strong hands‑on analytical capability with governance, assurance and advisory responsibility, enabling informed decision‑making through accurate and timely portfolio insights across financials, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, resourcing and benefits.
Operating with a high degree of independence, the role acts as a trusted advisor and early‑warning mechanism for ICT leadership, while supporting Delivery Managers and Project Managers to uplift delivery discipline, governance compliance and portfolio maturity.
Key activities include:
- Providing portfolio‑level delivery assurance, performance reporting and early‑warning escalation
- Maintaining and analysing integrated schedules, financials, risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting portfolio budgeting, forecasting and financial closure activities
- Performing quality reviews of project artefacts and governance compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement of ICT delivery governance and Delivery Management maturity
- Providing advisory support to Delivery Managers and Project Managers
About you
- Significant experience in ICT Delivery Management Office, portfolio or delivery management roles
- Strong understanding of project, program and portfolio management disciplines
- Experience managing and analysing complex portfolio financials, schedules and performance data
- Well‑developed analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
- Relevant qualifications in IT, project or portfolio management, engineering or equivalent experience
