This position has primary responsibility for engineering drawing governance and change control, ensuring engineering information remains accurate, accessible and compliant.

You will work closely with a diverse group of engineering field maintainers, engineering systems teams and business stakeholders to improve systems, streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation. This role is suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data and systems, and driving continuous improvement within a technical environment.

Key activities include:

  • Coordinate engineering drawing governance and change-control processes.

About You

You are a highly organised and systems-focused professional with experience in engineering administration, information management, business systems or technical support within an engineering, maintenance or asset-intensive environment. You are comfortable working with data, processes and stakeholders, and have a natural ability to identify opportunities to improve the way work is done.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoy driving process improvements, and can effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders. Your attention to detail, customer focus and commitment to maintaining high-quality engineering information will enable you to thrive in this role.

You will bring:

  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience administering business systems, databases or information repositories.
  • Knowledge of information governance, records management and quality systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.
  • Experience developing reports and managing data quality.
  • The ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
