About the role 

This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD with flexible work arrangements (up to 2 days work from home). Join Stanwell’s Finance team to lead reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning across a diverse energy portfolio. 

Key activities include: 

• Lead monthly reporting and forecasting processes
• Deliver annual budget and long-term financial planning
• Deliver insights and reporting to ELT, Board, and external stakeholders
• Optimise financial systems and uplift reporting capabilities
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Collaborate across functions to support strategic initiatives

About you 

• CA/CPA qualified with strong leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver strategic insights
• Skilled in financial systems (Ellipse, Modellio, Power BI, Altus)
• Experience in energy sector or complex financial environments preferred
• Strong communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders
