About the role

This is a 12-month fixed term and full-time opportunity located at Stanwell Power Station.

Provide proactive and effective advice and facilitation for the review, processing and overall management of Controlled Documents for Stanwell Corporation sites as required.

Key activities include: 

• Progressing electronic workflows for Controlled Documents through Stanwell’s review tool
• Maintaining consistent document metadata captured for all Controlled Documents.
• Ensuring all established standards, as outlined in document templates, are upheld and maintained for all Controlled Documents.
• Liaising with Stanwell employees and tracking the status of Controlled Documents under review.
• Perform the mail activities (internal and external) for Stanwell Power Station.
• Update the sub libraries across site to ensure up to date drawings are accessible.

About you 

• Demonstrated administration experience working in a similar environment.
• High level skills in Microsoft suite applications (particularly Word and Excel).
• Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work within time constraints, organising work, setting priorities, working under pressure, and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Strong customer focus and self-motivation.
