About the role

This is a 2-year fixed term and full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

We’re looking for a capable Application Analyst to join our team and support Stanwell’s core strategic corporate applications. You’ll provide application and system administration, configuration, and support, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently to keep our business processes flowing without interruption.

Your work will make a real difference by responding promptly to requests and helping maintain the integrity and security of our applications. Play an active part in delivering both planned projects and responding to unexpected issues, using your strong organisational skills to manage your time and resources effectively.

 

About you

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT.
  • Experience and/or training in operating systems such as Microsoft, Linux.
  • Experience and/or training in database technologies such as SQL, Oracle.
  • Experience and/or training in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and SQL.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience in application analysis, systems administration, and providing thoughtful support for corporate enterprise wide applications.
  • Strong technical expertise in ERP functional streams and other key corporate applications.
  • Experience with a variety of enterprise applications and systems (i.e. O365 applications, SerraView, YellowBox, Asana, ITSM tools, HR systems and others) adapting quickly to new technologies.
  • Experience with change management, configuration management, testing methodologies, and version control, with a focus on smooth transitions and quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, stakeholders, and external partners.
