About the role:

This is a full-time opportunity located at Tarong Power Station.

Provide expert engineering support to ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and maintenance of plant at Tarong Power Station, contributing to strategies for improved plant integrity, capability, and reliability.

Key activities include:

Perform Non-Destructive Testing

• Perform Pressure Vessel Inspections
• Update and maintain site pressure equipment management systems.
• Assist in the development and management of Asset Management strategies for mechanical equipment, vessels, and boilers
• Assist in the development of planned and unplanned outage scopes for the ongoing management and repair of mechanical equipment, vessels, and boilers

About you

Expert knowledge and experience in maintenance of power station plant (or equivalent pressure plant).

• AICIP In-Service Pressure Equipment Inspector.
• Non-Destructive Testing, (MT) Level 2 (qualified)
• Non-Destructive Testing, (PT) Level 2 (qualified)
• Non-Destructive Testing, (VT) Level 2 (qualified)
• Non-Destructive Testing, (UT) Level 2 (qualified) - desirable
• Strong computing skills including MS Word and Excel
