About the role 

This is a full-time opportunity located in Brisbane CBD. 

The Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives to build and promote Stanwell’s reputation and brand profile as well as supporting customer-facing parts of the business to design and execute their marketing plans.  

Key activities include: 

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of Stanwell’s corporate brand and marketing strategies and deliverables.  
  • Develop and execute brand, event, and sponsorship strategies, including detailed action plans and budgets.  
  • Work collaboratively with the Communications Manager to deliver external and internal communications to execute Stanwell’s marketing and communications strategy across the business.  
  • Led a small professional team providing content creation and graphic design services, and brand, marketing and communications support to the business on a portfolio basis. 

About you 

  • Tertiary qualifications in public relations, marketing, communication or journalism, or other relevant discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.  
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a brand, marketing and/or corporate communication team within the energy sector, public sector or other critical services.   
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, organisational leadership and risk management. 
  • Expertise in marketing, communications, brand identity, sponsorships and how to maximise engagement to drive brand prominence.
